Can it be a week already that I've been sick? I'm getting better, but this cough is really hanging on. Ugh. Still got 3 day of antiboitics left, so I'm hoping.
The biggest thing going on in my life is MOPS. The MOPS group that I coordinator has grown as big as it can get, so I've started up a second group. A lot of work, but very needed. Mostly I've been recruiting moms from the original group to seed the new group, this time in the evening instead of the morning. Please remember us in your prayers as we continue on in this new adventure. It's a lot of work to organize one MOPS group, let alone two, so I know whatever success we have, it's all God. :)
We woke up to high winds this morning and have been treated to gusts all day. What was left of the leaves on the trees are gone and the ground is littered with them. It may be windy, but it's warmer this week. 55 today; I'm in a t-shirt and jeans. It's amazing how after facing 20 degree winters that 55 feels warm-ish. If we were still in California I'd probably by in a sweater and coat today. Thicker blood? Who knows.
I haven't scrapbooked in ages. It's sad and I miss it. I'm in a season right now where I just don't have the time. Four kids will do that to ya. And Joel and I have a lot of projects going on around the house, so those take up a lot of what would be scrapbooking time. But mostly I don't get a second to myself during the day with my tag-team nappers. Oh well, it's just a season. Sooner than I realized I know they'll all be in school and I'll miss them being around like crazy. Taking lots of pictures though!
Glad you are feeling better. How hard it must be to sick and know that the household must go on.
You are right - this may just be season of non-scrapbooking for you. Super that you still have the camera out. You can always scrap later. Be in the moment with wherre you are and everything will follow. Blessings to you and yours...
