Our little Ty-guy is the big THREE today! He is just one of the sweetest little guys around. This little guy can melt your heart with just one smile. Of course he also make you climb the walls with his whining. Just that stage, I guess, but he's a sweet little guy most of the time. He's completely into Monster Trucks right now, although race cars & trains hold a close second. He enjoys almost anything with wheels. To celebrate his day, we're going to the Mobius Children's Museum in Spokane this morning. Then tonight we'll be having a family party with cupcakes that Ty picked out at the store. The perfect day for a three-year-old. Happy birthday son!
Potty training is next on the agenda. We've been talking it up for a couple of months now, but Tyler has claimed that he's "too little." When asked when he would be big enough his reply was, "When I THREE!" Now he's three, so we're going to give it a go this week. My older two kids potty trained at about three, so I'm hopeful that he will too. But then every child is different, so we'll have to see. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I've been MIA blog-wise for awhile. What have I been up to? Wow, lots of stuff. I'm taking a class "The Art of Choosing Joy" from Big Picture Scrapbooking. It's amazingly insightful & I'm getting a lot out of it. I've also spent a lot of my free time working on training videos for a program called Chief Architect. It's a CAD-like architecture program for designing blueprints. I'm hoping to become a draftsman (woman) & start doing the plans for my husband's contracting company. I'm really enjoying this program & I think doing blueprints will be fun. :)
Well, we're off to the museum! :)
